Attorney Rolston was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on March 3, 1947. He served in the Regular U.S. Army as a 1st Lt. from 1972 to 1974 and received an Honorable Discharge. Drew is a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church of Logan, Ohio, and a teacher of one of the adult Sunday school classes. Mr. Rolston is married to Elizabeth Ann Auldridge, who is high school teacher. The couple has had one child, a son, who is a radio personality in W. Palm Beach, FL. who is married with three children.
Attorney Rolston attended West Virginia University (A.B. in Political Science. Graduated Magnum Cum Laude on May 18, 1969); and Legal education at the Moritz College of Law, The Ohio State University (Juris Doctor Degree received in 1972). He was admitted to the Ohio State bar in 1972, and admitted to practice on August 14, 1974 before all State and County Courts within the State of Ohio, and before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio.
Mr. Rolston is a member of the Hocking County Bar Association and of the Ohio State Bar Association. He previously served as Legal Advisor to the Logan High School Mock Trial Team for approximately 7 years.
Attorney Rolston is a Policy and Commitment Issuing Real Estate Insurance Agent for Ohio Bar Title.
Mr. Proctor was born in Hamilton, Ohio, March 9, 1957. He graduated from Logan High School in 1975. Stephen is a member of the St. John Catholic Church, Logan, Ohio. Mr. Proctor resides in Logan with his wife, Cheryl, and the couple have one daughter, Olivia Kathryn.
Attorney Proctor completed his preparatory and legal education at Capital University (B.A. 1979; JD 1982.) and was admitted to practice on November 15, 1982 before all State and County Courts within the State of Ohio, and before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio.
Mr. Proctor is a current member of the Hocking County and Ohio State Bar Associations. Mr. Proctor previously served as an instructor of the Real Estate Law class at Hocking College, Nelsonville, Ohio for approximately 25 years.
